岗位职责：

一、负责母基金、子基金公司日常会计核算、管理工作。

1.现金类记账凭证的审核、其他类凭证的填制以及月末结账工作。
2.总账登记，成本、费用、应收、应付、非货币性实物资产等明细分类账的核算登记。
3.科目汇总表、会计报表、统计报表的编制整理。
4.成本核算和管理工作。
5.各类财务资料的收集、汇编、整理和归档工作。
6.会同相关部门定期进行财产清查，及时清理往来账。

二、负责公司涉税业务处理工作。
1. 全面管理公司在国内各个区域的税务工作，尤其是一些重大的涉税项目，税务运作，税收筹划以及财税政策的申请
2.协助部门经理对税务处理和纳税申报情况进行自查自纠工作。
3.协助集团财务部门对各业务进行税务合理筹划，协助各单位申请各种适用税收优惠。

三、负责公司财务管理日常工作。
1. 负责对出纳和客服人员的业务指导工作。
2. 负责监督、检查出纳和业务人员的业务工作。
3. 负责财务预决算、财务分析资料的编制整理工作。

四、各类管理报表的整理、汇总、编制工作。

五、制定公司财务规章制度和各项具体管理办法、业务流程等。

六、做好财务管理、财务分析、融资、对外联络和内部管理工作。

七、为公司决策部门的管理活动提供有关财务信息，提供准确的信息反馈。

岗位要求
1、财会、税务或相关专业，大学本科或以上学历；
2、三年以上专业工作经验；
3、熟悉财务、税法和经济法等专业知识，熟悉合伙制公司运作流程、公司规章制度和财税法规优先；

4、熟悉企业所得税汇算清缴业务、熟悉金蝶财务软件

5、具有较强的责任心和规划、创新能力，清晰的思维能力。
