Responsibilities
· Responsible for Industrialization operational performance.
· Lead, coach & develop the Industrialization team.
· Ensure the coordination & interface with other department & functions.
· Define the workload its allocation to the team per project
· Manage the definition, the follow-up of Industrialization Work Package per project
· Commit on no deviation on Work package margin slippage.
· Respect & deliver on time to DFQ gates all industrialization deliverables, in line with Industrialization
department process (manufacturing documents, layout, line organization, time reference…)
· Participate to S&OP, MPS, or other transversal meeting & commit on deliverables.
· Maintain BOM in K3 ERP system.
· Manage Process Engineering change internally in SATEE & in interface with Design Authorities (SD, DQ, ECN, MN)
· Development and management of jigs, tools & test bench.
· Management of CAPEX for the site
· Ensure EHS & Ergonomy are integrated in any new design of tools, equipment, production lines.
· Ensure traceability / configuration of manufactured products
· Ensure Lean principle in all industrialization projects related to new manufacturing process design & for all Productivity improvement plan.
· DMC responsable (Document Management & Control)
· Organize product prototype in coordination with SATEE technical team, other units TT & Design Authorities.
· Organize the necessary mock-up to validate fitting assemblies
· Ensure the workshop REX to the technical-Engineering team (prototype phase, mass production) for drawings/wiring schematics update
· Work with Design team (Design authority in Europe and/or Industrialization team in SATEE) to integrate manufacturing constraints during design phase
· Promote in a constant way with design team the use of industrial standards
· During tender phase, identify technical/process gaps & validate Industrial QCD


Requirements
· Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
· Minimum 5 years management experience in industrialization or engineering
· Strong people management skill to guide subordinate
· Solid knowledge of industrial engineering & Lean concepts
· Familiar with management tools: FMEA, VSM, layout etc
· Good English skill both in written and spoken
· Good command in MS Office applications and Lotus Notes
· Good knowledge of ERP, specifically on Master data management
