1. 统计和更新公司产品的安装记录；
2. 录入维修、安装报告；
3. 固定资产工具的管理；
4. 新工程师入职准备；
5. 协助主管维护工程师报告系统；
6. 协助培训经理安排技术服务部的培训工作。
职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，熟悉医疗行业售后服务的业务模式，有一年以上技术服务部助理工作经验者优先考虑；
2. 具备良好的个人品质和职业道德，工作态度积极、认真负责、细致、有耐心和责任心，心理素质佳，勇于面对挑战；
3. 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、应变能力和解决问题的能力，有较强的客户服务意识及团队合作精神；
4. 熟练使用 Windows 7 操作系统及办公自动化应用软件，特别是Excel软件。
5. 精通普通话，具有较好的英语读写能力和简单的英语会话能力。
