岗位职责Job description

项目工程师负责具体工作的执行，其任务包括但不限于如下内容：

The Project Engineer is responsible for the task execution. His tasks include but are not limited to:

1、评审项目技术要求，客户规格书和其他项目相关的文件如：BOM和软/硬件要求/ Review project technical requirements, customer specification and other project scope related documents such as BOM and Hardware/Software documentation

2、跟踪项目进度并及时向工程主管汇报任何与计划有出入的事项/Follow the Project Schedule and inform the LE timely about any expected and/or effective schedule deviation

3、了解并遵守公司所有的工程管理制度和质量要求/Know and follow all company engineering guidelines and quality requirements

4、协助PM/LE准备并召开项目相关的会议，如内部开工会、开工会及项目设计评审会/ Assist the PM/LE to prepare and conduct project related meetings such as Internal Kickoff Meetings, Customer Kickoff Meetings and Project Design Review Meeting

5、负责项目对内、对外联络/ Prepare outgoing project correspondence, and address incoming project correspondence

6、制作并维护硬、软件设计文件，例如但不限于HW，SW，FAT / Prepare and maintain all project design documents such as but not limited to HW, SW, FAT

7、遵守项目管理体系/Follow the project administration system

8、参加现场服务，即系统的组装、试车及现场验收/Participate in Site Services Activities (if any), from System Startups to Commissioning and Site Acceptance.

9、保持或提高项目毛利率/Maintain or improve as-sold margin.

10、了解并严格遵守QMS和所有HIMA的技术文件和要求/Be aware and strictly follow the QMS and all HIMA technical documents and requirements.

要求Requirements

1、至少拥有电子/电工专业学士学位/Possess at least the Bachelor of Science in Electronical or Electronic Engineering

2、能够积极主动并对工作有极高的兴趣/High degree of initiative and interest in all company processes and activities

3、过程控制行业至少2年工作经验，熟悉DCS/PLC工程涉及和服务/Minimum of 2 years experience in the process control industry. Familiar with DCS/PLC engineering activities

4、良好的沟通技巧，能与同事和客户/最终用户建立良好的人际关系/Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with all imployees and all levels and the clients and/or end user.

5、在接受了明确的任务后能够独立工作/Capable to work independently after receiving clear instructions

6、参与并协助FAT的执行/Take part and assist the FAT execution

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
