职位描述
Job Description:
o Handle Customers’ complaints and inquiries on daily basis
o Responsible for sales orders processing and maintain data accuracy in system
o Coordinate with back end operation teams to ensure products deliver to customers accurately and timely.
o Collect customer feedbacks and provide improvement suggestions to supervisor/ manager
o Maintain and update complaints to log book and follow up the case with other operation team until the case resolves.
o Assist supervisor to perform data analysis and prepare regular reports
o Visit customers or stores whenever is necessary
o Complete the tasks assigned by Customer Service Supervisor / Manager
o Process sales orders in an accurate and effective manner and provide high quality services to our customers.
o Maintain good relationship with customers and able to handle intensive incoming calls from stores during promotion period.
Qualification:
o Bachelor degree, Customer Relations Management, Customer Services or related disciplines is an added advantage
o 2 years or above related working experiences.
o Fluent in spoken Cantonese and good in written English
o Proficiency in MS excel is an advantage
o Committed, pleasant, team-spirited and enthusiastic at work
o Fast learner, patient to handle complaints and willing to work under pressure
