职位描述：
上述职位，您的角色将是鼓励激发团队最大潜能的领导者，同时也是乐于与团队成员共同积极工作地参与者；

负责店铺整体管理，包括商品销售、维护店铺形象、店员管理、预算管理，并且努力做到顾客满意。

公司将按照申请者工作经验，酌情安排有助于职业生涯快速发展的职位。

工作职责：
· 通过对店员、产品、设备的有效管理，确保达到预期销售目标。
· 确保对店员进行有效的监督、培训，使其很好的履行职责、完成本职工作。

任职资格：
1) 大专及以上学历；
2) 至少三年以上零售、酒店、快消行业店铺管理经验为佳；
3) 普通话标准，英语流利者优先考虑；
4) 注重细节、实际动手能力强；
5) 顾客为导向、善于组织协调；
6）热爱零售行业、富有激情、勇于接受挑战。

In these roles, you’ll serve as an inspiring leader, rallying your staff to achieve its highest potential. But you’ll also be a doer, happy to roll up your sleeves and pitch in whenever duty calls. You will be responsible for the integral management of the store, including sales & product management, maintaining store image, staff management and budget control at the same time as guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1.To ensure that sales targets are achieved through professional management of people, products and operational equipment/tools.
2.To ensure that team members are effectively supervised and well-trained to carry out their responsibilities and tasks.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or above
2. At least 3 years' store supervisory experience in retail/hospitality/FMCG preferred
3. Mandarin speaking, fluent in both oral & written English is a plus
4. Detail-oriented, hands-on
5. Customer –focused, well-organized
6. Passion about retailing and looking for challenges
