Job Responsibilities:

·Coordinate and support on C&B operation, provide day to day C&B service to ensure the administration process on compliance with REHAU C&B policy.

·Responsible for attendance system management, prepare monthly overtime, leave, turnover rate report with high data accuracy.

·Execute with local labor bureau and HR outsourcing agency (CIIC) to conduct contract review / renew management, on line social security and housing fund implementation.

·Maintain and update staff information in manning, MIS report, organization chart and personnel file as monthly basis and SOP required.

·Manage Paysonnel leave system and information download / upload / merger as other E-HR system required.

·Coordinate annual performance appraisal, target agreement setting up , and other PM activities etc

·Get involve in annual salary survey project, participant local mini-salary survey and cooperate with TCHRIG (Taicang HR Interesting Group) if any innovation objective required.

Job Requirements:

·College degree or above

·Major in English or Human Resource is preferred

·1-2 years experience in general HR or administration management field

·CET 4 or above, good both written and verbal English ability

·Excellent communication with high initiative

·Fast leaning ability and adaptability
