JOB SUMMARY职位简介

Technical Support Analyst provides daily IT infrastructure support in addition to operations for Changshu Quros Plant. Much of the Technical work is driven by the standard “Incident Process” managed by the Enterprise Service Desk. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作内容

1.Provide the technical support for the Qoros Plant users based on the SLA

(Solid knowledge of technical support and IT infra management include desktop, network, server OS, RF devices, VOIP and wireless devices)

2. Work and coordinate with APAC infra Support teams (network, AD, Wintel, Security team) to resolve all kinds of the infra issues and ensure the smooth running and expected service delivery in the distributed infra environment.

3. Proactive monitoring of incoming incident tickets and, tickets to ensure resolution in appropriate timelines.

4. Participate and responsible for the relocation/new opening/Infra refresh project based on the action plans.

5. Liaise with, and coordinate with the Regional Telecom partner, Global infra vendor to ensure the agreed service delivery

6. Maintain the company asset management and make good recording for the inventory;

7. Ensure adherence to Enterprise IT processes and compliance with defined audit requirements (e.g., SOX, GCC)

8. Ensure all local work conforms to defined Enterprise standards and policies. Ensure the Change order will be raised for each change request.

9. Communicates field level Enterprise IT policies, procedures and changes as requested.

10. Understand expectations that were set with business clients and recognize when issues/events may need escalation up the management chain.

SKILLS/BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 录用条件

1. University degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field

2. Overall understanding of IT services and the way they are managed and delivered

3. CCNA/CCNP, MCTIP, mainframe server management, and other major technical platform certificate are strong plus

4. Good command of English.

5. Good analytical skills and with a questioning mind
