职位描述

Working alongside a dynamic and professional team, you will contribute to the growth of the FPD business through provision of superior sales and marketing service and proacitve customer service.


The key purpose of this position is:


- To contribute to and implement the company's sales and marketing strategy and ensure the achievement of budgeted sales and profit margins in China for applicable range of products and services in the Forest Products Division.

- To identify and pursue new business development opportunities to maintain & grow product portfolio.

- To actively establish and develop relationships with existing and potential customers in China.

- To manage the introduction of new products into the market

- Provide high quality technical services to the business to support its achievement of customer satisfaction.

- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and processes associated with the business function.

- Interface/support and develop relationships with current and new distributors.


The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:


- Relevant tertiary qualification.

- Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in science / technical field/ industry & forest products portfolio.

- Knowledge/experience in formaldehyde-based resins and/or wood-based composite manufacturing an asset.

- Knowledge and experience in resin technology and licensing, formaldehyde and derivatives and a full portfolio of additives used in FP and other industries.

- Sound commercial acumen and industry technical knowledge.

- Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of product portfolio

- Ability to quickly learn and grasp technical product knowledge in various sub segments.

- Advanced communication and presentation skills, proficient in English.

- Proven ability to work in a highly demanding environment dealing with conflicting priorities that require initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
