Marketing Executive
Responsibility:
Assigned from the below list but not limited to based on candidate experience and capability.
Communication:
- Network with media and PR agencies. Develop PR while gathering and coordinating press materials, media lists, and media requests;
- Identify and support press/article opportunities through Press release, Interviews, Product review, Benchmarking, Market trend articles, bylined articles and media talking points, etc. and following up;
Market Intelligence
- Create and execute and measure Direct Marketing (i.e. Direct Mail, Email and Web) campaigns to increase interest for products and solutions in targeted customer base
- Collect all relevant results and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency. Formulate plans to continuously improve performance
- Collect competitors Marcom, materials, and analyze competitors marketing result
Event Marketing
- Lead, coordinate and implement Exhibitions /Trade Shows / Events/Seminar
- Procure and organize all show display items: booth, equipments, banners, flags, display with hard drive, posters, etc.
- Keep record of promotion materials inventory
- Manage fulfillment of marketing materials to sales and customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years working experience, Marketing Communication experience in a software market; Working or marketing experience in targeted industry is a plus.
- Business knowledge on supply chain, AIDC, WMS, TMS will be highly regarded
- Experience in successful end-to-end marketing campaign planning, development, execution and result tracking;
- Advertising, PR, or Event agency work experience or management skills;
- Must be creative, well organized, independent, self-motivated, and proactive;
- Excellent business communication, analytical and problem solving skills, gracefully handles pressure in a challenging work environment;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, cross-functional skills and teamwork skills;
- Excellent planning and project management skills;
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime when necessary;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is prerequisite;
- Highly computer literate with mastery of MSOffice
Education:
- University degree holder in marketing, language, or business related field.
