职位要求(Responsibilities)：

1. 建筑学本科以上，注册建筑师优先考虑

bachelor degree or above in architecture major

2. 6年以上建筑设计经验，有大中型项目设计及主管工作经验，外资公司工作者优先考虑

6-8 years of experience in architectural design filed, worked on big and medium
project design and management, preferably with international company

3. 熟悉有关国家规范及专业规范，掌握本专业及其它相关专业的规范和设计标准,能准确理解并把握项目及业主需求；

Familiar with related national policy
and design code, and is able to understand the

project and clients’ requirement

4. 较强的协调能力，工作主动诚恳，具有团队合作精神

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate with all
levels of seniority ,team player

5.
熟练运用Photoshop, Sketchup, CAD等设计软件，会使用Rhino,
Indesign等设计软件者优先考虑

Solid computer skills including
knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup and CAD. Rhino and Indesign is a
plus.
