Responsibility:

1.Take responsibility of HVAC, air compressor, pure water, power station, fire, building, DDC system operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, technical support and renovation.
2.Define the work procedure and instruction for the facility systems.
3. Define the PM plan and implementation.
4.Take responsibility of administration management including canteen, house keeping, shuttle bus, office layout planning and department SAP system management
5.Maintenance and utility budget planning and controlling, system optimization, continuous improvement activities, CO2 reduction
6.Support of all kinds of internal and external audit, coordinate with government about policy and technical support; familiar with national standard & policy and release them to internal
7.Related renovation and extension project management
8.Promote and encourage team work and good communication
9.Other related work assignment by company and managers

Qualification Requirements:

1.Bachelor degeree

2.5 years experence for facility operation and maintenance management.

3.1.Goode electrical and mechanical background.
4. PM experience is a must;
5. Good coordination and communication skills, especially in critical situations;
6. Able to work under pressure, and able to motivate/develop associates

7.English is Intermediate
