职位：外勤督导员-实习生

职位描述:

负责日常的外勤工作及仓库管理包括：安排包装和送货的工人，卡车，第三方服务人员，库存管理，仓库存仓，处理操作问题，确保工人服务的质量和纪律。

1. 安排并督导现场工人的包装和送货。
2. 负责工人在整个工作过程中的工作态度，效率，质量和进度。
3. 负责整个操作过程的安全性。
4. 负责在操作现场与客户进行沟通，交流，确保客人对服务的满意度。
5. 库存管理和成本控制。
6. 与第三方供应商进行协作。

要求：
大专院校学生，已毕业也可。书面及口语良好，能流利的与外籍客人进行沟通交流。能胜任全英文的工作环境。能吃苦，有高度责任感，具团队协作精神。服务意识强，组织协调能力强，善于沟通。过去工作经历有从事过涉外服务者优先考虑

Position: Operations Supervisor - Internship

Job Summary:

Responsible for the day to day activities of the Operations and Warehousing including but not limited to: arrangement of manpower, trucking, 3rd parties services, stock movement, warehouse storage, handling of operations problems both in-house and onsite, ensure quality and discipline of own & outside crew.

Arrange and supervise the operations team working and packing.
Be responsible to the working attitude, efficiency, quality and progress.
Be responsible to safe operation.
Be responsible to the communication of the clients, respond their questions professionally.
Stock control and management of cost
Coordination with 3rd party vendors

Requirement:

College Students or graduated applicant;
Good command of both written and oral English, be able to communicate with foreign clients smoothly; be able to work under complete English enviroment.
Hard working, reliable, with high sense of responsibility and coordination;
Service oriented, good organizational, management, and communication skills;
Previous work experience under a foreign-related service environment is preferred.
