涉外安居顾问 Relocation Consultant

职位描述:

showing foreign clients properties and close the deal带外籍租客参观房源并完成销售订单；
city orientation 为外国客人提供城市向导服务；
negotiating with the landlord ／ preparing contract ／ signing the contract
与房东协商，准备合同及签订合同；
Providing on-going assistance to the tenant during his lease term.
在外籍租客承租期间提供持续的协助。
Data collection of Chengdu foreign invested companies.
完成在蓉外资企业相关信息及资料整理，开拓市场资源。
Property Source collection; 收集整理房源信息。

Requirements:

Experience in real estate industry is preferred. 有房地产行业经验者为佳;
Two to three years of sales experience is preferred but not essential
2-3年的销售经验为佳；
fluent spoken and written English, can work under a completely English enviroement;
流利的英文写作和口语表达； 能胜任全英文的工作环境；
good knowledge of office software 熟练使用office 办公软件；
fast learner and open minded 学习能力强, 具开放思维；
can work under pressure 能承受工作压力;
good communication skills and outgoing personality 良好的沟通能力和外向的性格；
good team work 良好的团队合作精神。
