Major Tasks and Activities:

· Work with the Director - Projects in establishing budgets, programmes, submission priorities and control.
· Interview, recommend and select the consultants and contractors for the project based on their project experiences and technical competence
· Coordinate with all external and internal parties associated with the project to resolve complications.
· Communicate and interact with government regulatory bodies at all stages to ensure balance between compliance with local regulations and protecting the interests of the Company.
· Provide critical appraisal of technical standards of design and construction to ensure brief is met.
· Attend contractor site meetings and seek early resolution of claims or disputes; consult lawyers if serious contractual disputes arise.
· Manage the project team, organise training for staff and evaluate performance of the team members.


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

· Degree in Interior Design or other related disciplines
· Interior Architect or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years experience in reputable Interior Design firms or developers for multi-purpose developments in PRC
· Design oriented
· Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills
