职位描述：
1、执行并落实公司成本管理制度及要求，同时检查执行情况、评估执行过程；
2、参与工程项目的招投标及合同管理工作，提交独立审核意见；
3、对项目成本进行动态监控，并及时提出预警及建议；
4、对工程成本进行内部审计，并提交审计报告；
5、参与审核投资估算、工程概预算、竣工结算、工程签证及变更等；
6、参与审核物资设备的定价、监控定型定板过程；
7、收集工程造价、材料价格信息，建立公司成本信息库；
8、完成领导交办的其他工作任务；

岗位要求：
1、工程造价或工民建相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历，有注册造价工程师执业资格；
2、土建造价同职岗位经验5年以上，有造价事务所审计经验者优先；
3、熟悉房地产企业招投标和合同管理流程及要求；
4、熟悉成都市预算定额、材料市场价格，及建设工程相关规范规程；
5、熟练运用工程造价软件和办公软件；
6、对企业高度忠诚，正直、廉洁，具有良好职业操守及敬业精神。
