Mission职能目标:
- HR consultant is responsible for personnel-activities in JV/OC. He/she is responsible for implementing operational HR topics as part of business strategy within the Strategy framework specified by related sector, in the areas of resource management, competency development, Siemens leadership excellence, C&B, labor compliance, best practices and organizational effectiveness.
Tasks主要职责:
- Strategy Implementation
- Implement HR strategy in accordance with the agreed targets defined by HR KAM & JV/OC HR Manager to guarantee the contribution of personnel operation to the company's success Pre-investigation on the vouchers, ensure the claim is compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Consulting
- Be Business Partner of the JV/OC line mangers and provide consultancy to employees in the assigned areas of responsibility
Focuses of consulting:
- Specialist consulting to generate alternative solutions for technical questions and problems that arise
- Coaching for partnership promotion of top-class performance and increasing management qualifications
- Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence.
- Ensure high quality and timely support to JV/OC in the process of e.g. target setting, annual PMP, competency management,
- Consulting /coaching in management and leadership issues for JV/OC management
- Promote corporate culture.
- Personnel Administration
- Functioning as a HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees and managers in JV/OC, e.g. recruiting, integration, learning & development, performance evaluation, employee relationship, contract management, separation, data management, personal file managment etc..VAT refund on exports.
Project Works
- Involvement of HR project initiated by HR KAM & JV/OC HR Manager to ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal.

Experience 资格和经验:
- Professional experience in the personnel field

- Provide support to job evaluation process;
- Bachelor degree. Typically 2-5 years HR experience is required.
