Job Responsibility:
1. Manage customer account operation and responsible for revenue achievement in strategic key customer.
2. Work with different Business Units to ensure excellent account coverage, technical support, and customer satisfaction.
3. Establish and strengthen senior customer business relationship at all levels.
4. Penetrate/Manage new customers and new product design-win with strategic planning and execution.
5. Coordinate vender/BU visitors, conduct regular product marketing discussion, and lead customer meetings.
6. Work with other regions to ensure a smooth transfer business and support coverage.

Qualifications:
1. At least 4 years in semiconductor sales or product management;
2. Proven successful sales and management records;
3. Full understanding of platform/solution/turnkey products such as mobile phone, E-tablet, networking, connectivity, or other consumer electronic products;
4. Have a good customer contacts and good business relationship with key account top management;
5. Capable of strategic sales planning and execution;
6. Can manage complicated sales environment and deal with conflict situation;
7. Detail-oriented planning and excellent goal-oriented execution capability;
8. Good communication capability in English and Chinese;
9. B.S. degree or above in Engineering is required.
