Develop and maintain the most economical manufac-turing process with high quality


- Work study and man-machine analysis, develop production process
- Measure, analyze, improve standard time for line balancing, maintain routine in ERP system
- To optimize and update the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal
- Designs and procures material handling system
- Improve ergonomic and safety conditions
- Industrialize new products in link with R&D team (manage process FMEA, Design to manufacture, test strategy...)

Capacity control


- Monitor the manufacturing, logistics and ensure machine cycle time match the target times and so on
- Support Process Engineering and Product manufacturing Engineering on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and continuous improvement
- Work with master planner to make manufacturing capacity plan, and the requirement of space, headcount and equipment requirement to support forecasted factory demand via providing cost and methods analysis


Others

- Assist production manager and supervisors to program production information system
- Involve lean manufacturing improvement



Education / Know-how and experience / training:

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or relevant major; 3~ 5 years in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering, broad knowledge of the process capabilities; general expertise in basic software (CAD, Excel and Access), and knowledge of the manufacturing data system (ERP); good communication skill in spoken and written English; lean manufacturing environment is preferred
