职位描述
1. Responsible for meeting customer’s build schedules and all quantity, quality and delivery targets.
2. Responsible for teaming with other functions (Quality ,logistics, Quality, R&D, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the quality of production
3. Be responsible for the continuous improvements optimizing production performance.
4. Be responsible for scrap cost reduction.
5. Be responsible for production line layout and display board well show.
6. Produce production reports from information collected from the floor
7. Keep safe operation during the shift according to EHS management ensuring the health and safety of all employees in his charge.
8. Monitor and implement 5S requirements within the shift.
9. Ensure good social climate in his area and encourage the people involvement and suggestions for improvement of his domain
10. People management: the management of operators through team leaders, including performance measurement and training activities
11. Responsible for mentoring and coaching production supervisor and Lead Hand.
12. Provide leadership toward defined objectives
13. Meet the yearly KPI target.
14. Other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.


任职要求
1. Require a minimum of 5 – 8 years supervision or management role in a foreign manufacturing company. While with at least 2 years above production manger role experience in the foreign invested manufacturing company.
2. Post secondary education in Mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business administration or related discipline.
3. Good knowledge and experience on the metal punching, good understanding on the stamping tooling and press would be a plus.
4. Progress towards Dana Certified Supervisor designation.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, be able to manage and maintain a good team.
6. Keen observation skills to monitor production efficiency and as well to control the production cost.
7. Strong commitment to excellence in customer service
8. Track record demonstrating success in teamwork and continuous improvement.
9. Thorough understanding of QS9000/TS16949, Lean Manufacturing & relevant production Knowledge.
10. Be initiative and passionate for the work, act as a good team work player.
11. Result oriented and good decision maker.
12. Be familiar with the office software.
13. Good English skill both in written and spoken.
