职位描述
The aim of the position is:
-Development and sustainment of profitable and innovative product portfolio.
-Autonomous and responsible development of CAD models and product documentation within the project according to GIP to achieve quality,time and cost targets.

Task:
Conception
- Do concept, calculation and design for products, modules and parts
1. The position should focuses on the sheet metal parts, package, label, plastic parts, all structure parts (like screws, etc) and the assembly drawing of total appliance.
2. Responsible for the final PDMLink upload.
3. Must cooperate with all the other R&D engineers in project team, be a supporter of drawing expert.
4. Do coordination and management of BOM in project team.

Quality management
- Person ensures achievement of quality-, time and cost targets by methodical development of concept alternatives. He evaluates the choice of the final concept systematically.

Documentation
- Coordination of all product information to adjacent areas (esp. hydraulic, thermal and electronic) . Coordination of product changes for the whole product lifecycle. The 3D models will be set up according to all rules and norms.
- Documents are: 3D models, drawings, BOMs, specifications including packaging and labeling

Methods / Processes
- QFD, FMEA, tolerance calculation, GIP

Communication
- Information exchange to adjacent areas to achieve quality cost and time target.
- Cooperation with suppliers

Drawing check
- Cross check of drawings of other projects regarding the Vaillant norms

任职要求
- Mechanical engineer (Bachelor, Master) with focus on construction. ProE, GIP, FMEA
- Good English communication and computer skill
- 2 years or above of related experience
- preferred with experience in Gas Water Heater industries
