RESPONSIBILITIES

-Specify /Design & purchase & install assembly equipments, tools, fixtures, and part of facilities…etc.
-New process development and new technology release.
-Continual improvement for cost saving.
-Implement mistake proofing in assembly process.
-implement ECN management in process.
-Root cause analysis and implement CA & PA for abnormal process and customer complaints.
-Daily technical issues solving on site.
-Process documents preparation (PFD, PFMEA, CP, SW, WI….), and train the operator.
-Engineering Project management and follow.
-Other task allotted by supervisor.
-Communication with customers

QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineer or automotive, industrial relative, or equivalent experience
-Know well customized equipments/tools/fixtures design, understand pneumatic and hydraulic system.
-Know well process support documents.
-Skilled in problem solving with relative tools.
-Who has assembly, MAG welding and/or balancing experience (both is preferred) of driveshaft or similar products is preferred.
-Good written and oral English
-Over 3 year’s working experience in Engineering or process
-Experience working in a team environment
-Has good sense for problem identification and problem solving.
-Willing to travel oversea. (This position need to be trained in Germany for around 2 months)
