Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst 高级税务专员

Location: Beijing 北京

Key Responsibility

To assist tax Manager for contract review, statutory book review, and tax filing, as well as advice on any ad-hoc business tax, EIT, stamp duty and withholding tax issues.

1. Review all the daily contracts from tax and finance view, providing tax advisory;

2. Communicate with the tax bureau about tax compliance from time to time;

3. Review statutory books timely; ensure tax accountings are recorded correctly;

4. Prepare and implement tax internal audit timely;

5. Prepare tax analysis reports timely;

6. Arrange withholding taxes for overseas suppliers and file the taxes timely;

7. Review tax schedule calculation timely; ensure tax (BT, EIT, Stamp Duty, Withholding Tax) are filed timely;

8. TP issues for all China entities;

9. External audit coordination;

10. Other temporary work assigned by tax Manager.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in tax, finance and accounting or equivalent;

· At least 5 years related working experience in with focus on China taxation and accounting;

· Team spirit and Strong sense of responsibility;

· Solid knowledge on China taxation and accounting;

· Excellent communication skill with all level in English and Chinese;

· Good PC skill and able to work under a computerized accounting environment;

· Understand terms and conditions of contracts and link up to the accounting cycles. Finance general knowledge is a must;

· JD Edward knowledge is preferred.
