Sales Manager-Power

Responsibilities:

l Elaborate marketing & sales plan for power sector aiming at development of BV business and rapid growth, and this should adapt to each sub sector, including nuclear, hydro, thermal, wind and T&D.

l Responsible of BV China I&F power sector sales target

l Develop detailed Action Plan for Key Accounts management

l Develop and keep relation with top management of Key Accounts

l Put in place and keep high efficiency of a market information and industry intelligence system

l Pay regular visits to potential clients and existing clients, responsible for CRM with clients in power sector

l Develop technical and commercial proposal to replying to call for tender

l Negotiate and sign the contract

l Based on BVCC in Shanghai with frequent business travels in China and from time to time abroad.

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related discipline

l At least 8 years experiences in power related Industry, thermal power or hydro power related is preferred.

l Sound knowledge about power industry production chain, from generation, T&D to equipment manufacture

l Good knowledge about issues in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment for power sector, has related experience in QA/QC for power equipment manufacturing is preferred.

l Good professional background and capability to dialogue with client top management and project manager

l Familiar with power plant construction project execution and operation of an existing power plant is desirable

l Sales-oriented, good at communication, self-motivated

l Good sense in business development, able to work under pressure
