职位描述
Job Description:
-The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for develop and manage the business within China South Region including: Shen Zhen, Guang Dong, Guang Xi, Jiang Xi, Si Chuan, Yun Nan, Chong Qing, Gui Zhou, Tibet, Hu Nan.
-Responsible for commercial development in south region, increasing sales and market share through direct management of Sales Specialist/Representatives. RSM is accountable to meet annual financial targets for topline and bottom line.
-The RSM is responsible for select and develop a strong and effective distribution channel in order to improve the distribution sales coverage in Level3 and level2 hospital in Tier1 & Tier2 city.
-The RSM is responsible for Identifying Regional opportunities in strategic hospital account and developing tactical and strategic approaches to capitalize upon them by work together with distributors, ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies across the region.
-The RSM need quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of Market and competitive dynamics. Key business drivers and trends; sensitive and agile of new opportunity and threats ahead.
-The RSM need to have operational experience in manage accuracy of sales forecast, effectively tracking and monitoring the projects, conduct regular distributor performance evaluation and provide constructive feedbacks for improvement.
-Develops and executes new business opportunity & initiatives (Private hospital sector; Long term care; Liko) to capitalize on opportunities and leverages strengths to expand the business and increase sales.
-Utilizes available information, data sets and metrics to make analysis of the business situation as well as quantify opportunities/threats.
-Have the ability of prioritize work and leverage resources to improve sales efficiency.
-Leads the region as a business to maximize sales and ROI.
-Ensures commercial organization (including sales & contract distributors) are well trained and prepared to maximize business potential, and that product message is clear and consistently delivered with high impact.
-Personally get involved in strategic deals with sales and distributor, improve the win ratio and penetration in regional strategic account i.e. Zhong Shan University Hospital. The ability of build good business relationship with KOLs are needed.
-Establishes a productive work environment by creating trust and respect throughout the region. Establishes self as a business partner and enabler towards sales and distributors. Develops an atmosphere of confidence and strength.
-Rewards outstanding individual and team performance. Builds an organization reflecting a diverse workforce.
-Develops internal and external customer relationships to successfully drive Hill-Rom's business objectives.
-Through coaching and counseling, the RSM will assist direct reports in competency development and career advancement.
Job Requirement:
-Education BA/BS required in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or business related field. MBA preferred.
-Medical Education background will be plus.
-At least 8 years' experience as Key Account sales/Sales management or Distribution management in Healthcare company.
-Sounded track record in consistently deliver the business commitment & building a strong team.

-Good English skill in writing and speaking, good presentation skill.
-Strategic Thinking with good analytical skills.
-Team player.
-Leadership: Accountability; Team work; high level of integrity is a must.
