职位描述

Job Description:

To develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in a portfolio of tertiary institutions and employer partners to obtain support for Company initiatives and activities.
To implement new member recruitment activity to meet new member, CPA Program (Foundation and Professional level) and Passport targets for tertiary institutions and employer partners.
This role is responsible for establishing company as the preferred accountancy designation for a portfolio of targeted employer partners and tertiary institutions; for building successful and sustainable relationships and ensuring the effective delivery and execution of a compelling product and service offer (based on the Company learning continuum) to students and employers; and specifically for recruiting new members and increasing Company Program enrolments.
Manage the portfolio of targeted employer partners & tertiary institutions to maximize portfolio and individual account outcomes.
Establish and maintain valued relationships with targeted accounts and coordinate internal contact points.
Maintain organization information and the integrity of account and portfolio data.
Implement and achieve targets within the employer & tertiary activity plans, and product and service offer.
Active support for the wider business development team and maintaining market and product knowledge.

Requirments:
Tertiary Qualification in Business, Economics or Marketing
3-5+ Years experience in Business Development
Accountancy or learning and development background beneficial
Strong sales and influencing skills in a professional services or equivalent environment
Mature professional who thinks strategically, skilled at participating in change processes
Very good oral and written communication skills (English), excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter
Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills plus excellent presentation skills
Team player with an inclusive style
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
A high level of energy and ability to energize others
