Intern of Field Applications Engineer

Responsibilities
· The candidate will do technical support for key account customers and/or channel partners’ & customers.
· To provide technical support in all phases of the design-in process and at last to gain the design-win.
· To assist the sales team to do pre-sales work (field sales support), customer training, prototype & demo board building, technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop, etc.
· To be able to run and manage multiple customer projects with aggressive schedules in a fast paced environment.
· To provide key feedback to business development group or BU on next generation products.
· Any other duties as and when assigned
Mandatory Skills
· Creative, critical and analytical reasoning person
· Solid & sound knowledge in system hardware and software support for consumer, industrial and telecom sectors.
· Experience in Assembly and C programming is a must. To be familiar with 8, 16 or 32 bit RISC microcontrollers architecture.
· Experiences with applications of consumer electronics, industrial control, and / or automotive.
· Familiar with Microsoft office
· Schematic entry and PCB layout is a must.
Preferred Skills
· DSP programming would be an advantage.
· Altium skill is preferred.
Education
Degree in EE.
Experience
Field technical support experience is a plus.
