Responsibilities:
1) Provide leadership to South China FAE team in both technical and business wise;
2) Manager FAE resources to provide technical supports to South China customers and achieve the well defined business goal;
3) Build up a highly efficient, skillful and motivated FAE team by continuous coach and training;
4) Support and train Maxim disty team;
5) Coordinate Internal Resources to Support South China Customers.
Requirements:
1) 4+ years E&E hardware/firmware R&D experience in electronics industry, good fundamental knowledge on Analog Circuit Design;
2) 4+ years Field Application Support experience in semiconductor industry;
3) Good understanding for Communication, Industrial, Automotive and Medical Product system design and test process;
4) Good knowledge of Amplifiers, Data Converters, DC/DC Power Management, RF, Interface, Battery Management and secure MCU products knowledge and applications;
5) Strong hands-on technical skills on analog circuitry;
6) Good people management skill
7) Good Communication Skill;
8) Proactive and Self-Motivated;
9) Good Team Player
