Incoming Quality Control Supervisor/来料质量控制主管（有化工/制药/快消/包装/印刷等行业经验优先）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Involve onsite new product qualification runs;
2. New product 1st part inspection and approval;
3. Assist new vendor selection, qualification and assessment;
4. Onsite vendor visits to fix quality problems (test methods, product quality, packaging, etc) and monitor vendor quality assurance capability and performance;
5. Conduct vendor audit in product quality and product safety;
6. Collect and analyze quality data to drive onsite continuous quality improvement projects;
7. Handle product quality complaints and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions;
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering from an accredited college or university;
2. More than 3 years of molding, electronics, coating and converting, assembly of goods;
3. With ISO9001 system knowledge and internal audit skills;
4. Statistical knowledge and practice, such as MSA, SPC, process capability assessment and sampling;
5. Oversight of consumer safety requirements and certifications;
6. Possess strong interpersonal/communication skills;
7. Proficient in written and spoken English.
