岗位职责:

？ 负责培训/会议产品线销售团队的管理、工作安排及销售技巧提升；
？ 带领销售团队完成公司培训/会议产品线年度业绩指标；
？ 和产品团队、销售团队及市场营销团队一同制定年度销售及市场推广计划；
？ 完成个人的销售指标

任职资格:

？ 大学专科以上学历，3年以上电话销售工作经验，2年以上管理经验，有良好的销售团队管理成绩，有外训行业背景优先
？ 沟通能力强，诚实守信，注重细节，有团队合作精神；
？ 具有良好的敬业精神，团队合作精神、创新能力和较强领导能力；
