Responsibilities:
Job Purpose/key objective
1.Responsible for AP, AR clearing, Controlling, Analytics and SOD in SAP.
Critical accountabilities:
1.Responsible for all payment clearing in OneSAP.
2.Responsible for all AR collecting clearing in OneSAP.
3.Responsible for controlling& Analytical go-live in OneSAP especially in internal order, cost center setup and the other controlling activities. Execute the action plan to fill the Gaps identified and make appropriate proposals during the implementation and transition. For analytical reports, he or she is able to compare the reports in old and new system in order to provide finance with the right pre-format analysis reports as well as efficiency improvement
4.Support SOD checking and update. Full understanding of Segregation of duty and check the feasibility of SOD in terms of resource and processes
Requirements:
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
？College degree or above with accounting or finance major.
？At least one year financial working experiences in foreign invested manufacturing company.
？Accountant qualification certificate is required.
Skills,Knowledge & Personal characteristics:
？Familiar with ERP systems, SAP experience will be preferred.
？Good computer skills with MS Office applications required.
？Good read and write skills with English language.
？Good communication skills
？Self-motivated, Positive attitude, Patient and good team work spirit, Willing to learn
