质量主管/Quality Supervisor化工/制药/快消行业优先

Job Responsibility:

1. Creating quality management system procedure for new BM manufacturing procedure;

2. Conduct QA review of GMP documentation that has direct impact on the, equipment and facilities;

3. Responsible for in-process quality control during routine production. Responsible for sampling of raw materials. Packaging materials, and utility systems. Responsible for testing of packaging material;

4. Responsible for batch document review, product disposition and solving the quality issues with operation team;

5. Perform GMP self-inspection, review qualification and validation documents;

6. Responsible for handling of returned goods, responsible for creating stability test protocol and report;

7. Responsible for annual product quality review of related products;

8. Responsible for quality KPI measurement.

Job Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of international GMP requirements, quality systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging technologies;

2. Working knowledge of regulatory agency interactions and compliance procedures, with ability to apply the knowledge in an operations environment;

3. Working knowledge of document management systems, Microsoft applications, SAP or similar system;

4. Knowledge of and application of Quality system(s), for example engineering change control, new product introduction process;

5. Knowledge of Process control & capability methodology, for example Cpk, FMEA;

6. Knowledge of judgement and problem solving.
