Sr. T&D Officer/培训与发展高级主任（中国区人才发展部）

工作职责：
1. 执行员工培训及发展计划，协助上司完善公司培训与发展体系；
2. 促进员工学习及成长，发掘有潜力的员工并给与适当的提升，以满足企业发展需要；
3. 规划、设计以及跟进公司人才发展项目（经理人发展计划）；
4. 发展适合公司的胜任能力模型，并积极与外部培训机构开展合作；
5. 为公司各职能部门提供专业的培训解决方案。

任职要求：
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，管理硕士及有海外留学背景优先考虑；
2. 至少3年以上企业或咨询公司培训相关经验，有独立的课程的开发设计经验优先；
3. 良好的沟通表达能力，娴熟的授课技巧；
4. 普通话标准，具备较好的中英文口语及书写水平；
5. 熟练的电脑操作水平，擅长PPT等课件的制作。
