Responsibility
1. Responsible for the effective execution and ongoing support of CRM system projects and initiatives;
2. Responsible for analyzing end-to-end business processes, whilst looking for opportunities to improve or re-engineer processes and consolidate multiple systems in use via recommendations to the management;
3. Ensure that CRM system is fully utilized through identifying enhancements and future capabilities;
4. Work closely with various business owners (sales/marketing/finance/operations) to identify project scope and development methods; responsible for product development process until delivery;
5. Develop, implement and deliver required training to enable maximum effectiveness and CRM system user utilization;
6. Identify, develop, promote and improve processes, systems and reports as required to operate at maximum efficiency and consistency

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree, with a major in Computer science, Information Technology or related field of study;
2. Interested in technology and system development;
3. Strong oral and written English skills;
4. Strong analytical and implementation abilities;
5. Ability to work in an unsupervised manner with a creative flair for identifying and implementing the right solutions;
6. Thorough understanding of organizational processes and strategies;
7. Knowledge and understanding of salesforce.com products or similar is a plus.
