Associate/Project Leader/Senior Engineer
Our client is a global engineering consultancy firm. Due to the business expansion, they are currently recruiting a Associate/Project Leader/Senior Engineer . Based in Shanghai, The candidate will lead and manages a big MEP team in Shanghai. The potential candidate will lead the team in client relationship management, project delivery and people management.
Qualifications and Experience
? Minimum tertiary qualification in Building Services Engineering (either Electrical or Mechanical)
? Post graduate qualification in either project management or management preferred.
? The person is likely to have +12 years' experience in project delivery prior to attaining this level.
? A proven track record and demonstrated credibility in developing and maintaining long-term, key client relationships.
? Can drive the adoption of appropriate safety, risk and quality systems across the unit
? Understands the operational and cultural requirements of engineering consultancies in China
? Demonstrable experience in working directly with local engineers, both in house and in Design Institutes
? Strong commercial acumen, similar consulting environment is a plus
? Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills.
? Experienced in working with challenging clients to deliver fast paced and/or complex multi-disciplinary projects.
