职位描述
This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City and staff will be based at a Rig camp. This position may also o be called on to work at the CDB Drilling Base in Qiqiao as the Drilling Base Safety Officer. Work schedule in either case is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.
Managing Safe Work Practices and Safety Management Processes as they relate to Drilling and Workover Operations
1.Coordinates and participates on specific "Safe work Practices" Inspections, and insures Safety Management System processes are integrated into the organization.
2.Coordinates and conducts training on Safe Work Practices at the rig site. (Man riding, LOTO, Confined Space, Working at Heights, PTW, Excavation, Hot Work, JHA, BBS, E-Colors, etc) Play a pivotal role in the training and application of Global Upstream Lifting and Rigging program.
3.Champion Behavioral Based Safety process(s) utilized in D&C operations to include assistance with training, collection, dissemination and analysis of data.
4.Assist DSMs with the notification and documentation of reportable incidents.
5.Participate on all Incident Investigations performed at the rig site. Track action items to closure.
6.Champion Stop Work Authority and assist in training as well as the development and application of SWA drills.
7.Assist in the development and application of the "E-Colors" program initiative for CDB D&C.
8.Assist with the development and application of CDB Drilling Rig Move Procedures.
9.Attend all weekly Rig safety meetings.
10.Assist in the administration of a local "Clear Leader" Awards program for CDB D&C.
11.Champion the JHA process(s) within the CDB D&C contractor workforce.
12.Conduct Rig Site Safety Orientations for all new rig personnel service contractors and visitors
Managing Contractor Health Environmental and Safety Management Processes
1.Work closely with Contract workforce daily to ensure all safety systems whether they are contractor or CDB are adequate and are followed.
2.Act as coach and mentor to contractor site safety personnel.
3.Participate in the Contractor qualification and rig inspection process.
4.Assist with performing CHESM interim audits as prescribed in the process.
5.Assist with development of Contractor "Score Cards" with respect to HSE Goals / leading land lagging indicators.
6.Participate on Contractor HSE Leadership Team Walkrounds
Managing Emergency Response and H2S Contingency
1.Play a role in the training and application of all CVX / CDB Emergency Response and H2S Contingency Plans
2.Fulfill duties as a member of the Emergency Response Team
3.Assist in the application of Site Specific Emergency Response and H2S Contingency Plans
4.Work closely with H2S Safety Company to insure equipment for H2S contingency is properly maintained
5.Assist in application of Rig Access procedures and insure accurate Person on Board count.
6.Participate in the application of Emergency Response Drills (H2S, Man down)
7.Assist in the application of Simultaneous process.
Be an effective member of a Culturally Diverse Team
1.Communicate daily with D&C HES Coordinator
2.Communicate daily with DSMs and D&C HES Coordinator to discuss any issues and share best practices
3.Work closely with all members of the CDB D&C organization
4.Deliver necessary Training to Rig site personnel
5.Meet periodically with D&C HES Coordinator to discuss any issues and share best practices
6.Develop Relationships with and assist H2S Safety Personnel to be successful
