This position may require to work in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in Chinese and English.

Roles and responsibilities
1.Establish working relationships with a range of local stakeholders in Xuanhan county to support CDB's goals and objectives on resettlement.
2.Expertise on Chinese resettlement laws and policies, and international resettlement standards.
3.Coordinate CDB's collaboration with resettlement contractors, the government and XCCO.
4.Work closely with Nanba Community relations officer to monitor social investment projects in Nanba area to support livelihood restoration strategies related to resettlement.
5.Provide Resettlement engagement program data for the production of CDB Project internal or external communications.
6.Coordinate work with Nanba county info officer to ensure consistent messaging with key stakeholders and the local media on resettlement issues.

Skills and competencies
1.Personable character, good natured, mature, patient.
2.Skillful at interacting with local government officials, principled.
3.Ideally a person indigenous to and comfortable interacting with the local communities (Northeast Sichuan).
4.Sensitive to gender issues.
5.Good report writing skills in both English and Chinese.

Education and other requirements
1.College degree or above in communications or PR is preferred.
2.Fluent in English and Sichuan dialect.
3.Be physically fit and ready to work in the field from time to time.
