岗位职责

1. 确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等仪容仪表标准要求
2. 查看交班记录，做好班与班之间的工作交接和业务的跟踪处理
3. 熟悉预定资料，了解客情，备注酒店重要客人信息（VIP/VVIP）及酒店活动信息
4. 熟悉酒店相关客房销售的政策，向来店客人做好明确的介绍，提升酒店经济效益
5. 熟练掌握酒店内外部信息，为客人做好问询服务
6. 负责为客人做好入住登记和退住手续
7. 制作有关报表，提供准确无误的接待信息

任职资格

1. 有国际联号酒店工作经验者优先
2. 能够进行常规的英语交流
3. 性格开朗，工作认真负责，工作踏实
4. 身体健康，相貌端正，热爱酒店服务行业
