岗位描述：
与客户或内部相关部门沟通协调，及时处理日常工作中的问题
及时分析并处理客户关于价格、运输、包装等方面的问题
记录客户咨询、订单、投诉内容。按照相应流程给予客户反馈；
发现客户的问题及需求，并且整理及汇报；
为客户提供完整准确的货物信息以及处理方案，解决客户问题，提供高质量服务；
组长指派的其他任务。
岗位要求：
大专以上文凭
普通话标准，英文流利，耐心，热情。
具有较强的语言沟通表达能力，团队合作意识强，能承受高强度的工作压力；
能够熟练运用常用的办公软件。电脑操作熟练

Main Duties:
Analyzing and resolving problems timely
Provide quick, complete answers in response to customer inquiries on rates and shipping, package tracking
Retrieval, update and utilization of customer information from mainframe systems
Will be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
Will be required to answer inbound emails and send outbound emails to both internal groups and customers.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, mailing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms and typing.
