Position Accountabilities:
？*Provide technical support PC system problems on end users
？*Implement the installation of business and engineering systems and their application to end-users
？*Maintain the infra related hardware according to the defined maintenance plan. Feedback the problem to Supervisor or contact with vendor to resolve it.
？*Propose the solution on service improvement and simplify the operations to increase the satisfaction of end users, as well as managing customers’ requirements to follow IT policy.
？*Handle daily IT infrastructure operations, such as IT equipment application, email account application, exit checklist, etc. Ensure all the operations according to defined IT policy and get proper approval.
？*Provide Intra related hardware/software training to end user
？*VIP support
？*Remote/On-site support for warehouse
？*Assets management, all IT hardware, 100% accuracy
？*Assist with IT purchase, monitor easily-consumed products and propose purchase
？*Vender management, contact 3rd party to maintain hardware or software, manage vender in good service
？*Knowledge management, maintain IT documents and service guides, as well as propose new ones. Assist with IT performance report or improve current performance measurements
？*Finish all tasks assigned by direct manager on time and in good quality.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
？ *College degree
？ *2+ year's working experience in IT Infrastructure and management
？ *Work experience in similar roles for big multinational companies
？ *Sound knowledge of Windows XP, Win 7, Windows Server and Networking systems
？ *Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communication skill and self-learning skills
？ *English Skill, could read/write and simply oral English
？ *Capability to multitask, and work under pressure with changing priorities
