University graduate or above, major in engineering or material sciences
At least 5 years working experiences as a project manager
Must possess multidisciplinary skills and abilities, including a thorough understanding of how the various
disciplines interface to take a project from concept to completion.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, creative thinking, and systems management abilities are requisite
Familiar with construction companies and design institutes
Good communication skills, oral and written, as well as the ability to interact with and lead internal and external
personnel on a multicultural basis are required.

Responsibilities and duties工作职责:
Responsible for successfully leading projects from concept to completion while meeting safety, spend (budget),
schedule, and scope (capability) targets
Responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders such as operations, R&D, maintenance, HSE, etc. to establish
project objectives in advance and then supervising assigned project teams, comprising both internal and external
personnel, e.g. engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, design institutes.
Will establish and monitor project metrics, including spend budgets and completion milestones, monitor and
communicate progress, and actively manage to maintain on track.
Coordinate with NorPro team to define our process flow charts and to evaluate our specifications for the project to
ensure the project without any major technical negligence.
Identify and evaluate contractors and sub-contractors and negotiate for the contracts.
Supervise on site the manufacturing/installation of equipment and civil works
Manage administrative formalities and relations with local authorities for land, construction permit, environment
evaluation, power, water, gas and safety
Manage any quality claims and disputes

评审并确定承包商和分包商，洽谈项目合同
管理项目预算及付款进度
监督合同设备制造进度和土建工作
每日跟进项目进展，确保项目从设计，工程，设备选购，土建，设备交货，安装到调试满足进度、质量、安全和合同的要求
申报有关审批手续，联系有关部门以处理土地，施工许可，环保许可，水电气和安全等问题
处理任何质量投诉或争议
管理公司项目团队和承包商以顺利完成项目
帮助NorPro总部进行海外项目设备的国内采购
保持与相关部门的良好关系
