1. Responsibilities :
Resolving level 1 helpdesk issues
2. Coordinate the installation of new hardware/software and perform maintenance as required
3. Work and communicate with team members to deploy quality solutions in order to satisfy project and task work as assigned
4. Interact with internal customers to address system requirements and priorities
5. Instruct users in the use of computer equipment and of computer applications
6. Maintain hardware inventory
7. must understand VPN connectivity, especially, Cisco software VPN client

Requirements:
1.Two to Four years` experience in helpdesk or relevant position；
2.Familiar with the technical support system environment in WinOS;
3.Understanding of mainstream servers and network equipment，familiar with windows server operating system, have a certain understanding of LAN architecture;
4.Understanding of enterprise-class virus and mail client maintenance and management;.
5.Good service conscious and strong teamwork spirits；
6.Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
7.Notes remote client support can be an advantage.
8. Able to work under night shift
