Key Responsibilities
This position reports to Director of Corporate Accounting and Controller who reports to CFO of the company. (该职位向CFO下属会计财务总监直接报告)
Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with global and local accounting policies and guidelines（处理日常会计事务，并确保其操作符合全球和当地会计政策和准则）
Perform month-end closing on a timely basis, ensure General Ledger activities functioning smoothly（月末按时结账，保证总账顺利完成）
Prepare and enter monthly Journal Entries into USA finance system for payments, accruals, payroll etc. （在美国的财务系统中完成帐务的录入，包括付款/预提/工资等）
Accounts Receivable management, includes billing preparation, invoice issuing and money collection, etc.（应收账款管理：账单清理、发票开具、账款催收等）
Payment management, includes vouchers checking, payment application etc.（付款管理：凭证审核、付款申请等）
Manage fixed assets and depreciation（固定资产和折旧的管理）
Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports on request（按要求完成日报/周报/月报/年报）
Prepare account reconciliations （完成账务调节表）
Participate in annual budgeting and controlling（参与年度预算的制定和控制）
Local taxes management, prepare all required tax filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to the Chinese Taxation Authority （当地税务事务的管理，向中国的税务部门提交必要的税务文档，包括月度的/季度的/年度的）
Handle affairs related to finances, foreign exchange and bank etc.（处理财政/外汇/银行等相关部门的事务）
To develop a close and effective working relationship with the global accounting team（与全球财务团队建立紧密和有效的工作关系）
Work closely with local accounting firm and ensure the PRC financial reports reasonable and accurate （与当地的会计公司紧密合作，保证中国财务报表的合理性、准确性）
Keep good cooperation and communication with other functions and external related parties（与其他职能部门和外部合作方保持良好的合作和沟通）
Familiar with Chinese Laws and Regulations in respect of finance, taxes and foreign exchange（熟悉并掌握中国财务、税收及外汇管理的法律法规）
Assist in preparing variance analyses（协助完成各种财务分析）
Assist with inter-company transactions（协助完成关联公司内部间的会计事项）
Assist with annual audit requests（协助完成年度审计）
Review process flows, set up and modify any improvements needed（审核工作流程，在必要时建立和改进流程）
Other duties as assigned by management（管理层分配的其他任务）

Qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related experience
Three to five years relevant accounting experience
CPA license a plus
Strong attention to detail and highly accurate
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient in Excel including the ability to link spreadsheets and create pivot tables a plus.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ideal candidate is a quick learner and a self-starter looking to work in a fast paced environment.
Works independently with little supervision
Excellent English reading and writing a must, fluent speaking highly recommended

Chengdu R&D center auto driving team is currently serving 6 of the world’s top 8 vehicle manufacturers to develop in vehicle and server software. The product will achieve automated driving in production vehicles expected in 2020. The markets initially covered will be China, Europe, Russia, North America, and Japan.
