职位描述
岗位目标:
主要负责四川、重庆NKA/RKA重点客户进场/活动谈判/新品进场/合同谈判/直供运作。
建立并维护主要客户的业务关系。
工作职责:
1.与当地主要客户建立良好的业务关系
2.发展、建立并维护新市场的重点客户
3.执行公司NKA政策,推动NKA的市场份额及产品组合提升
4.管理并培训经销商业务代表
5.帮助建立分渠道的销量目标和销售预算
6.与当地销售队伍沟通销售策略/计划
7.建议并执行销售和促销活动
8.向公司提供当地同类产品的市场信息,推进新品进场
9.根据具体要求完成销售报表并提供反馈建议
10.根据公司策略,完善直供流程,积极推动直供业务增长
职位要求:
1. 3—5 年相关行业销售管理经验,包括人员管理经验。
2. 掌握办公室电脑软件的使用
3. 较强的适应性和独立工作能力
4. 良好的谈判能力
5. 较强的沟通能力
6. 对当地市场比较熟悉,有一定的客户及信息渠道网络。
