The Java Developer reports to Lighthouse Managing Director China and is responsible for the timeliness and quality of the projects. The Java Developer is playing an integral role in company's software project development.

Responsible for:
- Software development, including design, coding, testing and documentation, based on requirements expressed by Lighthouse Managing Director China
- Providing support / bug fixing on the software previously developed
- Report any issues immediately that will hinder the ability of the team to meet delivery dates along with recommended solutions to rectify the problem
- Lead effective execution of software projects
- Ensure all customer requirements are clearly identified in the software specification
- Leading design and development activities within project
- Guarantee the timeliness, quality and standards of the source code of the projects
- Provide visible leadership for company within the software team
职位要求：

- 对之前开发的软件给予技术支持、解决相关问题
- 遇到影响团队及时交付的任何问题时，应立即上报并给出相应的解决方案

- 确保在软件说明中清楚体现客户的全部要求
- 负责特定项目的设计和开发活动
- 保证项目源代码适时、优质、符合标准
- 具备卓越的软件团队领导能力

What we ask:
- At least 3 years software development experience
- At least 2 years experience in Java working knowledge and experience on web application and web services
- Familiar with web based applications, modern program languages and database software (MS SQL Server)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Good team leading skills
- Good problem solving and risk management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Object Oriented design and design patterns
- Understanding on software engineering process/procedure and CMM/CMMI philosophy
