The Position
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – who will act on our behalf representing our company on the OEM`s site in its Chengdu factory. On site he is the contact person of our customer in solving technical issues regarding the on-going production process.
Consequently a dynamic, hardworking, honest and customs oriented person with knowledge of the coating/painting processes in the plant with a good standing and independent working methods is required.


Responsibilities:
· Provide correct service to the customer.
· Control and supervision of the materials.
· Observation of quality standards.
· Observation, correction and improvement of the application process. Processes to be recorded.
· Carry out and record line trials.
· Issue technical data reports as well as submit weekly and monthly reports.
· Handle customer complaints according to company procedure.
· Ensure that only approved and calibrated measuring and testing equipment is used. Careful use and maintenance of all measuring or testing equipment issued to the job-holder by the company.
· Request appropriate material to ensure production at the customer.
· Ensure that the parent company`s laboratories are provided with the required amounts of e-coat panels and wet samples of paints. The amounts required are listed for each plant in the list “Monthly Requirements of e-coat panels and wet samples of paints”, which, if necessary, will be amended by the relevant laboratory or by Quality Department.
· Support the flow of information required commercially.
· Participation in the regular Customer Service Seminars.
· Participation in regular Customer Meetings.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is 25 to 45 years old and should have a technical or mechanical background with professional experience at least of two or three years ideally in working on site in a production facility like e.g. OEM paint shop.
