职能职责/Functions and Responsibilities:

◆ 跨部门的信息沟通与协调; Departmental information communication and corresponding

◆日常产线计划，品质，物耗状况追踪，反馈和改善推动;Tracing, feedback, improving and promoting daily production schedule, quality and consume situation.

◆OJT执行推动; OJT enforcing and promoting

◆ 设备运行安全和人员安全作业提升; Advance equipment running safety and personnel safety working

◆指导和培训主管和班长的工作;Instruct and train supervisor and team leaders’ work

◆GUPS,5S执行监督，指导和培训;Monitoring, instructing and training GUPS and 5S

◆产线问题发现,分析和改善推进;Finding ,analyzing , improving and promoting line issues

◆生产产量的提高。Improvement of production output.

◆生产废品率的降低和持续改善。Reduction of S&D and continuous improvement.

◆员工离职率的控制和改善。The control and improvement of operator turn over.

◆主管，助理，统计，班长和员工的绩效考评；Doing performance appraisal for supervisor, assistant, statistician, team leaders and operators.

◆生产部门改善项目的执行推动，进度评审与运作指导;Enforcing and promoting Prod improvement items, examine rate of process and guide operation.

◆部门预算制订和适时修正;Make and adjust department budget.

◆负责公司的HSE方针、HSE管理体系及紧急应变计划在本部门的贯彻实施；Responsible for company HSE police、HSE manage system and the emergency plan implement in the department.

◆监督本部门员工贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》并对本部门及员工的HSE绩效负责。Supervise the employee of the department to carry out each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》, and responsible for the performance of the department and employee.

任职资格/Qualifications:

教育背景/Educational background:

◆大学文化，要求工艺或工程背景, College education , has technique and engineer background

经验/Work experience:

◆少在生产过程中已工作10年，并且已经有5年的相关的生产经理任职经验，必须熟悉材料加工、橡胶或塑料成型等。熟悉传动带的制造工艺流程更佳works at least 10 years in production , has more or less than 5 years production manager working experience, familiar to material process and molding of rubber or plastic. Better if know process of transmission belts.

技能技巧/Competence and skills:

◆有专业技术、技能，在出现问题时能够冷静思考，运用专业知识和管理手法解决问题；Have specialized skills and technology , can consider calmly when facing problems and settle matters with specialized knowledge and managing techniques

◆了解和应用所有的质量工具和原理及处理方法。熟悉TS16949，OHSA18001，ISO14001等管理体系；Know and apply all the quality felicities and theories and disposing methods .Familiar with administrant system such as TS16949，OHSA18001，ISO14001

◆有10年以上的现场生产管理经验和5年以上的生产经理任职经验；More than 10 years manufacturing management experience and more than 5 years production manager experience
