职位描述

Job Title: Sales Manager-TAA Firm Segment/销售经理

Reporting Line: Sales Director

Location: Beijing Office


Job Summary:

This role is responsible for generating new business from a portfolio of existing and new clients. And it requires drive, team orientation, resilience and a flexible but well organised work style.


This position requires an in-depth understanding of the business development process with a strong ability to close business. You will possess a ‘can do’ attitude with a drive to succeed. You will have a set territory, which will be supplemented by your own prospecting and CCH marketing activity.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve Company defined revenue goals, both quarterly and annually

  • Understand the target industries and businesses, including CPA firms and TAX consulting firms in order to determine critical and relevant issues, and provide appropriate business solutions

  • Able to identify customer’s needs from initial visits, turn the needs into solution RFP, and sell solution-based services from scratch

  • Keep abreast of product developments and trends in the target market and be familiar with the competitive offerings

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing clients at multiple levels

  • Maintain product knowledge and keep abreast of product developments across wide range of services, including both traditional research services, as well as more complex software applications

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of customer contact i.e. preparation for appointments, presentation of material and conduct of negotiation

  • Maintain internal customer and prospect databases to ensure comprehensive and accurate customer and prospect information

  • Be responsible for detailed and timely reporting to the Sales Director on all relevant aspects of the business including forecast sales revenue and closure dates


Qualifications:

It is expected the candidate will possess 3 to 5 years business development experience and at least 5 years as CPA or tax consultant, ideally with a degree in business, finance or law, CPA or CTA certificate and will have:

  • A sound understanding of the External Audit profession, CPA firm management, Knowledge management
  • An intimate understanding of sales cycles and processes
  • A thorough understanding of the purchasing decision process and drivers for medium to large organizations
  • Commercial acumen that enables effective and efficient evaluation of potential viability of new business to achieve profitable results
  • Persuasive, articulate and competitive
  • A consultative solution selling approach
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A team player approach, which recognizes the importance of individual accountability within the group
  • The ability to work in a target driven and goal oriented environment
  • Strong technology skills including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
