Job Responsibilities:

· Implementing rules and strategies to reach targets set by the management

· Supervise the functions and working of all the salespersons and store outlets of the company in the jurisdiction of the regional sales manager

· Instruct and guide the sales persons to enhance their sales

· Price application approval with reference to authorization level.

· Keeping track of the gross quantity of sales made in the region

· Probation target set-up for new staffs

· Annual sales plan and target for team and individual sales set-up

· Summary of sales in last year – Sales/HR/Marketing/Business development etc.

· Depending upon the requirement of the region, hiring new staff

· Professional training and daily coaching to sales engineers

· Documenting all the sales details and reporting to the higher officials of the company

· Placing orders for more stock from the company inventory

· Evaluating the sales performance of each store independently and the value it contributes to the company

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in construction, mechanical, or business management;

· At least 5 years experience in construction industry, prefer in window system & facade system;

· Solid background in project sell, direct sell;

· At least 3 years experience in team management;

· Strong communication skill;

· Strong team management ability;

· Team spirit;

· Can work under high pressure;

· Result-oriented;

· Strong project management ability;

· Strong leadership
