Job description

Member of a small integrated Project Team, the candidate, will:

• Control the implementation of the processes across all the functions of the warehouse and the back office teams
• Be in charge of the process review and process update, process improvement
• Design and develop new process for the new tasks
• Update the existing SOP and their filing
• Manage the on-site management of the warehouse to conduct continuous improvement
• Assess the warehouse operation needs, establish diagnosis for the new identified need and propose solutions
• Assist project managers on the daily project management/reports.
• Follow up the daily management on customer order fulfillment by coordinating project team members including warehouse members

Profile

？ Very organized and detailed minded with a high sense of responsibility,

？ Practical and full of common sense, the candidate is a hands on person with a five year working experience in a warehouse background

？ With a strong analytical mindset, the candidate will be able to work independently and under pressure.

？ Natural Team leader, the candidate will demonstrate ability to motivate and guide people to manage by example

？ Mature, dynamic and positive,

？ Written English proficiency a great advantage

？ Impeccable integrity
